Your whole company, in one app.

Sales, invoicing, attendance, chat, meetings, monitoring, HR and payroll, in one place. A deal closed at 10am is on the right payslip at month end, with nobody copying numbers between tools.

No card needed for the trial. Read the guide first if you like.

A sales floor usually pays for a CRM, a time clock, a chat app, a video tool, a monitor and payroll software. Then pays someone to copy numbers between them.

Everything a company that sells and employs runs on

Each part knows about the others. A won deal updates the rep's score, their commission and their payslip; a missed clock-in shows on the same screen as their numbers.

Sales pipeline

Leads move through stages you choose: start from a template for your kind of business or build your own. Duplicate customers are caught before they're saved, and every change is kept.

Invoicing and payments

Send your clients designed invoices with your own payment instructions, from the same screen as the deal. Taking cards over the phone? They go into a vault, never into chat.

Attendance

Clock in, breaks, late marks and leave, with your own rules for half days and deductions.

Chat and meetings

Team channels, voice notes and polls; video meetings with screen share, guest links and recording, on your own server.

Honest monitoring

Active time and screenshots from the desktop app, which people can see is running. You decide who can view them and for how long they're kept.

HR and payroll

Pay records, commission plans, allowances, leave balances and monthly payroll in any currency, with payslips people open themselves.

Approvals

Refunds, money edits and attendance fixes wait for the right manager before they count.

Reports and scores

Build any report from columns and filters. Agent scores take off what came back, by your own formula.

Follow one sale from the call to the payslip

This is what happens in Bizestra when Rachel closes a deal on Tuesday morning.

  1. The deal moves to Won

Rachel drags Hartwell Dental from Proposal to Won on the pipeline board. The stages are the ones her company chose, from a template for its kind of business or built by hand. Bizestra warned her earlier that Hartwell was already a customer under another spelling, so nobody got double-called.

  2. The invoice goes out from the same screen

One click makes the invoice from the deal, in the design her company picked, with its bank details, payment link and terms on it. It is emailed to the client, and Bizestra records when they open it.

  3. Money changes wait for a yes

Rachel gave a 5% discount. Changes to money on a closed deal wait for the sales manager, so totals only change when someone accountable agrees. When the transfer arrives, the invoice is marked paid.

  4. Her score and commission move by themselves

The paid deal counts toward her score and commission the moment it settles. If it's refunded later, it comes off, by the formula you set.

  5. The payslip writes itself

At month end payroll pulls her sales, attendance and leave, in her currency. You check it, publish it, and she opens her payslip in the app.

Built so you can prove what happened

When a client disputes a payment or a payslip is questioned, the answer is already on record.

  • A change log that can't be quietly edited. Every change to a deal, invoice or customer is chained to the one before it, and a tamper check shows if any entry was altered.
  • Each company sealed off from the next. The database itself refuses to show one company's rows to another, not only the app.
  • Cards kept apart. If you take cards, the numbers are encrypted in a separate vault and flagged if anyone types one into chat.
  • Two-step sign-in and roles you shape. Decide who sees what, down to single columns of a sale.

Questions owners ask first

Can it follow our own sales process?

Yes. Pick a pipeline template for your kind of business (agency, SaaS, real estate, telesales, field services and more) or build your own stages. Roles, permissions, approval rules, attendance policy and commission formulas are set per company too, so Bizestra works the way your team already does.

Can we invoice our own clients from it?

Yes. Make an invoice from a deal or from scratch, pick one of the invoice designs, and it goes out by email with your payment instructions: bank details, a payment link, or whatever you accept. You see when it is opened and mark it paid when the money arrives.

Do my people need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in the browser. The Windows desktop app is optional and adds notifications and, if you turn it on, activity monitoring.

Is monitoring hidden from staff?

No. The desktop app shows when it's running, and people can see their own activity. You choose who can view screenshots and how long they're kept.

Can we pay staff in different currencies?

Yes. Each person's pay record has its own currency, and payroll converts at the rates you set for the month.

What happens after the trial?

You get an invoice for the people you have, in US dollars, payable by card or bank transfer. If you don't continue, nothing is charged.
